PFA
PFA is the copolymer of TPE and PPVE, with excellent chemical stability, electrical insulation, age resistance and low friction, can be processed by melt extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and other common processing technology. PFA is widely used in the new energy, wire and cable, petrochemical industry and industry.
FEP
With good thermal stability, excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation, it can be processed by conventional melting extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and other processing technologies, and widely used in communication, petrochemical, aerospace, and industries
ETFE
Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene, also known as ETFE, is one of the strongest fluorine plastics with good mechanical properties, weather resistance, flame retardant, gas barrier properties and chemical resistance. In addition to the similar properties like other fluorine resins, it also shows good radiation resistance, strong adhesion with metal surface, and is lighter than other fluorinated materials.
PTFE
PTFE (suspension resin) is a polytetrafluoroethylene resin with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, and self-lubricating properties. Due to its very high melt viscosity, it is necessary to compress the resin powder and heat (sinter) it above the melting point so that the powders can fuse with each other.

Our PVDF factory
Our PVDF factory established in 2013, it takes high-end fluorine materials as the core and extends to lithium electric new energy, injection and extrusion, water treatment membrane, photovoltaic new energy, semiconductor, high-end coatings, aerospace, military and other fields.
The current capacity of PVDF is 15,000 tons/year. In the end of 2023, it plans to expand production to 20,000 tons/year.

PV Backplane film
Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) has low melt viscosity and belongs to thermoplastic fluorine resin. It has better thermal stability and radiation resistance at high temperature and is more suitable for manufacturing solar photovoltaic backplane film.
Wire & Cable
Fluorinated resins provided additional performance improvements, and were found useful in applications such as military, automotive and industrial wiring.It has been desighed for wire and cable applications requiring high flexibility and improved resistance to impact. The low molecular weight allows extrusion conditions that reduce jacket shrink back over fiber optic constructions.
