Lithium Battery
PVDF Suspension and Emlusion version for lithium battery binder, chemical resistance, imperviousness to UV, high barrier properties, high purity, good mechanical and thermo-mechanical properties.ideal for NMC and LFP system, can improve the bonding properties between the active substance, the metal electrode sheet and the polymer, and effectively reduce the formula usage.
 

APPLICATION

Lithium-ion Battery
polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)with low melt mass flow rate and high molecular weight, soluble in polar organic solvents, with high viscosity and adhesive property,can be used as a binder for power batteries, energy storage, digital and other lithium batteries. Its high purity and crystallinity guarantee its long-term and stable tolerance in electrolyte. 
 
PV Backplane film
Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) has low melt viscosity and belongs to thermoplastic fluorine resin.
It has better thermal stability and radiation resistance at high temperature and is more suitable for manufacturing solar photovoltaic backplane film. 
 
Wire & Cable 
Fluorinated resins provided additional performance improvements, and were found useful in applications such as military, automotive and industrial wiring.It has been desighed for wire and cable applications requiring high flexibility and improved resistance to impact. The low molecular weight allows extrusion conditions that reduce jacket shrink back over fiber optic constructions.

APPLICATION

Coating&Paint
Fluorinated coating are especially resistant to solvents, acids and have a very low density compared to similar fluoropolymers. Our material for steel, aluminum, and other metals also have a high dielectric strength, excellent resistance to weathering elements in harsh environments.
Film
High-performance film. Special fluoropolymers provide excellent chemical resistance, with a working temperature range exceeding 200 ℃, excellent electrical properties, mechanical strength, and durability. Typical applications: telecommunications, wire and cable, semiconductor, paper industry, chemical industry, textile, food processing, packaging, composite materials, protective layer.
